Who is Roqad?

Roqad is a SaaS technology company based in Berlin, Poznan, Miami, London and San Francisco, that provides cross-device technology to improve digital advertising and user analytics. Our cross-device technology is built in-house and complies with EU, US and German privacy regulations. The core of our technology is our Roqad Cross-Device Identity Graph, which predicts device connections belonging to the same user based on a probabilistic approach. Job Responsibilities

The Technical Product Manager will lead product specification and engineering requirements planning in conjunction with the Chief Product Officer and the head
of Data Acquisition / PM for Privacy. They will work across the Marketing, Product, Sales, and Client Success teams to understand client and prospect needs and use
cases then identify and develop technical specifications that join the broad vision for Roqad’s products with immediate and individual client needs. The TPM will then
translate those requirements into a clear and concise product roadmap and a corresponding go-to market strategy and deliverables.

It is critical for the candidate to have an understanding of the digital advertising and marketing ecosystem including, the identity business in digital advertising.
Understanding both the technical portions and economics of these relationships is a definite plus. Additionally, exceptional communication, leadership skills and a
“self-starter” entrepreneurial attitude will ensure the candidate excels in this role. With the CPO nine time zones away, and the CTO and CEO both in Central

  • Based on a deep understanding of local market needs in multiple geographies, define clear and compelling engineering requirements to meet the needs of customers and the strategic vision
  • Orchestrate product releases, including leading efforts to document upgraded features and functionality
  • Perform strategic market analysis, including conducting win/loss interviews and market research, working in partnership with sales and CS
  • Leverage intelligence about key competitors to develop recommendations for how to successfully compete against them
  • Research and provide market and buyer insights and intelligence to help inform product-market fit, the product roadmap, messaging and positioning
  • Assist in the development of internal and external training for new and existing product lines; particularly as it relates to use cases
  • Work with Marketing to create compelling collateral, including sales presentations, one sheets and whitepapers, which highlights the features, benefits, and varied use cases of Roqad’s products and solutions
  • Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure proper and current product messaging is woven through all marketing tactics (for example, website, emails, events, webinars, and more)

What We Expect From You

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5 years experience, preferably with 2 years of product marketing or product management experience in adtech, or martech
  • A high level of comfort with hands-on data manipulation and analysis
  • In-depth and up-to-date knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem, including how data moves between companies and their respective economic incentives, including, but not limited to:
    ○ Third party attribution
    ○ Ad targeting using third party data
    ○ Data manipulation using CDPs
    ○ Cookie sync management
  • Strong history of leading and executing solutions based product plans and the ability to translate them into in-depth engineering specifications for Data Science, Back-end engineering (data manipulation), & front-end
    engineeringExperience working with Privacy and security teams to verify the legality and integrity of solutions in advance of and during the specification process, including pre-deployment and ongoing Privacy Impact Assessments
  • Ability to understand, simplify and articulate complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Fun, “can-do” personality; willingness to roll sleeves up and get work done;
  • ability to develop good relationships and work with external and internal stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong presentation skills
  • BA/BS degree (or equivalent) required
