Specifically designed to tailor fit your business needs, query the Marketing Graph with a list of device IDs or cookies to receive a response with the additional device IDs or cookies associate with the initial request set. By applying the algorithm, is able to discover which devices belong to the same user.

Through a careful process of deduplication, your initial request list is grouped to show devices belonging to actual users that are then enriched with the additional devices belonging to those same users that were not previously identified by you.

Through cross-device attribution modeling you’ll be able to recognize which devices perform best and are the most influential in driving conversions in order to optimize your media investment across all digital touch points.



How to get started:

Accessing the Cross-Device Marketing Graph directly is possible in one of two ways: Batch API or our Simple Access Solution (SAS). The key difference is that either you query the Marketing Graph yourself when needed (Batch API) or a member of the team does it for you (SAS).

For SAS, you’ll need to send your list of device IDs or cookies via (s)FTP or AWS S3 to your designated account manager and they’ll query the marketing graph for you. You’ll then receive the list of additional device IDs or cookies found within the marketing graph on a weekly basis.

A account manager will get in touch in order to clarify the two available access options: Batch API or SAS, and actively consult you on which option best fits your business objectives.

Step 2: Kick-off call

Once you’ve selected an access option, a follow-up call will be conducted to further define the test objectives, to provide you with more concrete details on how to access the marketing graph and to propose a schedule for implementation.
