Position details:

As the Field Marketing Associate Manager, you will be responsible for planning and facilitating in-person and virtual events for pipeline generation, brand awareness and customer engagement purposes.
*You will be tasked with testing and running deeply effective events to drive demand and cultivate an engaged audience across our adtech, ecommerce, and cybersecurity ICPs.
*This role has international responsibility, with events happening across North America, in the UK, and throughout Europe. You will also partner with the Director of Content Marketing on webinars and other digital events.
*The position will blend creative event strategy, organized project management, and post-event analytics to deliver value across the full event lifecycle.

*The Field Marketing Associate Manager will report directly to the Global CMO at Roq.ad, based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Your responsibilities:

*Organize and streamline the overall events and conferences process, including research, booking, vendor management, shipping, and planning.
*Create project plans and event execution materials that ensure timeliness and clarity for the broader involved team members.
*Establish performance objectives and collaborate with sales and marketing colleagues to book meetings in advance of key global events.
*Partner with SMEs across the company and others in the marketing department to execute monthly virtual events, such as webinars, panel discussions and bespoke gatherings.
*Curate event marketing campaigns – via HubSpot – in conjunction with operations and content to include email, social campaigns, landing pages, calendar solutions, creative, gifting, and other promotional support for 360° success.
*Collaborate with customer success to host customer events.
*Analyze the success of each event and propose new ideas to amend the calendar based on ROI.
*Expand demand creation and pipeline generation through innovative live and digital event strategies and field marketing best practices.

Your Qualifications:

*1-3 years of professional work experience in an event planning role, ideally in the Adtech space or within a SaaS (subscription) environment.
*Joyful attention to detail and natural affinity for organization.
*Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
*Flawless project management capabilities.
*Experience working with outside vendors, like Freeman, and creative agencies to coordinate all facets of event planning between the organization and event staff teams.
*Experience running online event and webinar systems like Zoom, Hopin, Brella or similar.
*Ability to work with a sense of urgency under ambiguous circumstances in an empowered environment.
*Positivity, passion, and drive to be a strong member of a strong team.
*Comfortable working with a sense of urgency and motivated by performance outcomes.
*Comfortable with travel and event hosting in new locations.
